1. Services Provided

2. Service Scope

Our services include design, development, and integration work. We do not process client payments directly - all payment processing is handled through third-party payment providers integrated into your store.

3. Project Timeline

Project timelines are established during the consultation phase and outlined in the project proposal. Timelines may be adjusted based on project complexity and client feedback cycles.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying necessary content, images, and materials
• Maintaining their own hosting and domain services
• Managing their payment provider accounts

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the custom design work created for their project. Pixel Vanta retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pixel Vanta is not liable for:

• Third-party service interruptions or failures
• Payment processing issues handled by external providers
• Client's misuse of delivered designs or code
• Loss of business or revenue

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy.

1. Consultation Phase

Initial consultations are provided free of charge. There is no payment required and therefore no refund applicable during this phase.

2. Project Deposits

Projects require a deposit (typically 50%) to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers:

• Initial research and planning
• Resource allocation
• Preliminary design concepts

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Before work begins: Full refund of deposit if project is cancelled before any work has started
• Service not delivered: If Pixel Vanta fails to deliver agreed-upon services within the specified timeline without valid reason
• Major scope changes: If project scope changes significantly, unused portions may be refunded

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Completed design work and deliverables
• Time spent on revisions and consultations
• Third-party costs (fonts, stock images, plugins, etc.)
• Work completed before cancellation request

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Include project details and reason for refund request
• Allow 5-10 business days for review
• Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days

6. Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled mid-way, refunds are calculated based on:

• Percentage of work completed
• Deliverables already provided
• Time invested in the project

7. Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the matter further. We're committed to finding fair solutions.

8. Payment Provider Note

Pixel Vanta integrates payment systems through third-party providers but does not process client payments directly. Any disputes related to end-customer transactions should be handled through your payment provider's dispute resolution process.
